The nineteenth century stable block has been restored and converted into individual dwellings. It forms a central feature in a new residential development that has replaced the demolished training centre buildings. A dairy and game larder remain within the grounds; both have been repaired and the dairy has been extended and converted to a single dwelling.
The new housing layout follows the pattern of the original gardens and the survival features, such as the walled garden and the topiary garden have been integrated into the master-plan for the estate.
